'Rushing' in the Bible

until an arrow pierces his {entrails}, like a bird rushing into a snare, but he does not know that {it will cost him his life}.

The mountains will melt under him and the valleys will burst open, like wax before the fire, like water rushing down a slope.

But with a rushing torrent he will bring [Nineveh] to an end; he will chase his enemies into darkness.

And suddenly a sound like a violent rushing wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will disappear with a rushing noise, and the celestial bodies will be destroyed [by] being burned up, and the earth and the deeds [done] on it will be disclosed.
