'Settles' in the Bible

God settles those who have been deserted in their own homes; he frees prisoners and grants them prosperity. But sinful rebels live in the desert.

And he settles [the] hungry there, so that they may establish a city to inhabit,

He settles the barren woman in her home, as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!
