'Thoughts' in the Bible

Then the Spirit of the Lord came on me, and He told me, “You are to say: This is what the Lord says: That is what you are thinking, house of Israel; and I know the thoughts that arise in your mind.

in order that I may take hold of the heart (mind) of the house of Israel who are all estranged from Me because of their idols.”’

Therefore thus says the Lord God,‘Because you have imagined your mind [to be]Like the mind of God [having thoughts and plans like God Himself],

“This is what the Lord God says: On that day, thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.
