'Throne' in the Bible
For You have maintained my right and my cause;You have sat on the throne judging righteously.
But the Lord will remain and sit enthroned forever;He has prepared and established His throne for judgment.
The Lord is in His holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven.His eyes see, His eyelids test the children of men.
Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
I will establish your seed foreverAnd I will build up your throne for all generations.” Selah.
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne;Lovingkindness and truth go before You.
“His descendants I will establish forever,And his throne [will endure] as the days of heaven.

You have put an end to his splendorAnd have hurled his throne to the ground.

Can a throne of destruction be allied with You,One which frames and devises mischief by decree [under the sacred name of law]?
Clouds and thick darkness surround Him [as at Sinai];Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.
The Lord has established His throne in the heavens,And His sovereignty rules over all [the universe].
The Lord swore to DavidA truth from which He will not turn back:“One of your descendants I will set upon your throne.
“If your children will keep My covenantAnd My testimony which I will teach them,Their children also shall sit upon your throne forever.”
