'Vows' in the Bible

My praise in the great congregation is because of you; I will pay my vows before those who fear you.

Offer to God a thanksgiving praise; pay your vows to the Most High.

God, I have taken vows before you; therefore I will offer thanksgiving sacrifices to you.

In Zion, God, praise silently awaits you, and vows will be paid to you.
