'Wanderer' in the Bible

Bring ye in counsel, do judgment, Make as night thy shadow in the midst of noon, Hide outcasts, the wanderer reveal not.

“Then you will say in your heart,‘Who has begotten these for me,Since I have been bereaved of my childrenAnd am barren, an exile and a wanderer?And who has reared these?Behold, I was left alone;From where did these come?’”

Hastened hath a wanderer to be loosed, And he doth not die at the pit, And his bread is not lacking.
