'Whole' in the Bible

Why do you want more beatings?Why do you keep on rebelling?The whole head is hurt,and the whole heart is sick.

And one called to another:Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Hosts;His glory fills the whole earth.

A man will go there with bow and arrowsbecause the whole land will be thorns and briers.

My hand has reached out, as if into a nest,to seize the wealth of the nations.Like one gathering abandoned eggs,I gathered the whole earth.No wing fluttered;no beak opened or chirped.

They are coming from a far land,from the distant horizon—the Lord and the weapons of His wrath—to destroy the whole country.

This is the plan preparedfor the whole earth,and this is the hand stretched outagainst all the nations.

They will hang on him the whole burden of his father’s house: the descendants and the offshoots—all the small vessels, from bowls to every kind of jar.

He will destroy death forever.The Lord God will wipe away the tearsfrom every faceand remove His people’s disgracefrom the whole earth,for the Lord has spoken.

In days to come, Jacob will take root.Israel will blossom and bloomand fill the whole world with fruit.

So now, do not mock,or your shackles will become stronger.Indeed, I have heard from the Lord God of Hostsa decree of destruction for the whole land.

Do you not know?Have you not heard?Yahweh is the everlasting God,the Creator of the whole earth.He never grows faint or weary;there is no limit to His understanding.
