'Woman' in the Bible

“Man, who is born of a woman,Is short-lived and full of turmoil.

“What is man, that he should be pure and clean,Or he who is born of a woman, that he should be righteous and just?

“He preys on the barren (childless) womanAnd does no good for the widow.

“How then can man be justified and righteous with God?Or how can he who is born of a woman be pure and clean?

“If my heart has been enticed and I was made a fool by a woman,Or if I have [covetously] lurked at my neighbor’s door [until his departure],
