'Yields' in the Bible
He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water,Which yields its fruit in its seasonAnd its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.
The wicked man desires the booty of evil men,But the root of the righteous yields fruit.
For they sow the windAnd they reap the whirlwind. The standing grain has no heads; It yields no grain.Should it yield, strangers would swallow it up.
but if it yields thorns and thistles, it is worthless and close to being cursed, and it ends up being burned.
All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.
