And David took the crown of their king off his head, and found therein the weight of a talent of gold, and there were precious stones in it, and it was set on David's head. And he brought out also the spoil of the city, which was exceeding much. And he brought out the people that were in it and tamed them with saws and harrows of iron and with brakes, and so dealt David with all the cities of the children of Ammon. And then David and all the people came again to Jerusalem.
