And the LORD said unto Moses, "When thou art come into Egypt again, see that thou do all the wonders before Pharaoh which I have put in thy hand: but I will harden his heart, so that he shall not let the people go.

And Moses spake before the LORD saying, "Behold, the children of Israel hearken not unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, seeing that I have uncircumcised lips?"

And Moses answered before the LORD, "I am of uncircumcised lips, how shall Pharaoh then give me audience?"
