For last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve came to me
Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared, and a light shone in the prison cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up, saying, "Get up quickly!" And the chains fell off Peter's wrists. The angel said to him, "Fasten your belt and put on your sandals." Peter did so. Then the angel said to him, "Put on your cloak and follow me." After they had passed the first and second guards, they came to the iron gate leading into the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went outside and walked down one narrow street, when at once the angel left him. When Peter came to himself, he said, "Now I know for certain that the Lord has sent his angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from everything the Jewish people were expecting to happen."

He stretched out and fell asleep under the shrub. All of a sudden an angelic messenger touched him and said, "Get up and eat."
God has countless chariots; they number in the thousands. The Lord comes from Sinai in holy splendor.
He makes the winds his messengers, and the flaming fire his attendant.
"Now the poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried.
And he says of the angels, "He makes his angels spirits and his ministers a flame of fire,"

For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would inherit the world was not fulfilled through the law, but through the righteousness that comes by faith.
And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants, heirs according to the promise.
And if children, then heirs (namely, heirs of God and also fellow heirs with Christ) -- if indeed we suffer with him so we may also be glorified with him.

So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if you are a son, then you are also an heir through God.
