Evil » Departing from evil
Do not enter the path of the wicked. Do not walk in the way of evil men. Avoid it! Do not pass by it. Turn away from it, and pass on!
Wash yourselves! Become clean! Get your evil deeds out of my sight. Stop doing evil.
Do not think you are wise enough. Respect Jehovah and turn away from evil.
Abstain from all appearance of evil.
To man he said: 'Respect for Jehovah is wisdom! To stay away from evil is understanding.'
Turn away from evil, do good, and live forever.
The highway of the upright departs from evil. He who guards his way preserves his life.
Let him turn away from evil, and do good. Let him seek peace, and pursue it.
