The other said, "Which?" And Jesus said, "Thou shalt not kill: thou shalt not break wedlock. Thou shall not steal: thou shalt not bear false witness.

Owe nothing to any man: but to love one another. For he that loveth another, fulfilleth the law. For these commandments: Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not desire, and so forth: if there be any other commandment, they are all comprehended in this saying, "Love thine neighbor as thyself."

For he that said, "Thou shalt not commit adultery," said also, "thou shalt not kill." Though thou shalt do none adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art a transgressor of the law.



"'Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, neither in meteyard, weight or measure. But ye shall have true balances, true weights, a true ephah and a true hin. I am the LORD your God which brought you out of the land of Egypt,

But thou shalt have a perfect and a just measure: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.



and therefore make provision for honest things, not in the sight of God only, but also in the sight of men.

Furthermore brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things pertain to love, whatsoever things are of honest report, if there be any virtuous thing, if there be any laudable thing, those same have ye in your mind,




Owe nothing to any man: but to love one another. For he that loveth another, fulfilleth the law. Six days mayest thou labour and do all that thou hast to do: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God, in it thou shalt do no manner work: neither thou nor thy son, nor thy daughter, neither thy manservant nor thy maidservant, neither thy cattle neither yet the stranger that is within thy gates. For in six days the LORD made both heaven and earth and the sea and all that in them is and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it. When the Pharisees had heard, how that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they drew together, and one of them, which was a doctor of law, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, "Master, which is the chief commandment in the law?" read more.

And behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, "Master what shall I do, to inherit eternal life?" He said unto him, "What is written in the law? How readest thou?" And the scribe said unto him, "Well master, thou hast said the truth, that there is one God, and that there is none but he. And to love him with all the heart, and with all the mind, and with all the soul, and with all the strength. And to love a man's neighbor as himself, is a greater thing than all burnt offerings and sacrifices."

There is, then, no damnation to them which are in Christ Jesus: which walk not after the flesh but after the spirit: For the law of the spirit, that bringeth life through Jesus Christ, hath delivered me from the law of sin, and death: For what the law could not do, inasmuch as it was weak because of the flesh - that performed God, and sent his son in the similitude of sinful flesh, and by sin damned sin in the flesh; read more.

Warn them, that they submit themselves to rule and power, to obey the officers, that they be ready unto all good works, that they speak evil of no man, that they be no fighters, but soft, showing all meekness unto all men.
