"I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: But that the scripture be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Kidron, where was a garden: into the which he entered with his disciples. Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place, for Jesus oftentimes resorted thither with his disciples. Then Jesus, knowing all things that should come on him, went forth and said unto them, "Whom seek ye?" They answered him, "Jesus of Nazareth." Jesus said unto them, "I am he." Judas also which betrayed him, stood with them. But as soon as he had said unto them, "I am he," they went backwards and fell to the ground. And he asked them again, "Whom seek ye?" They said, "Jesus of Nazareth." Jesus answered, "I said unto you, I am he. If ye seek me, let these go their way." That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, "Of them which thou gavest me have I not lost one."
