But by God's unmerited favor I have become what I am, and His unmerited favor shown to me was not bestowed for nothing, for I have toiled more extensively than any of them, and yet it was not I but God's unmerited favor working with me.

For the whole law is summed up in one saying, "You must love your neighbor as you do yourself."

The second is like it: 'You must love your neighbor as you do yourself.'

And this is the second, 'You must love your neighbor as you do yourself.' No other command is greater than these."

For the commandments, "You must not commit adultery; you must not murder; you must not steal; you must not have an evil desire," and any other commandment if there is any, are summed up in this command, "You must love your neighbor as you do yourself."

I am always thanking Christ Jesus our Lord who has given me strength for it, for thinking me trustworthy and putting me into the ministry, though I once used to abuse, persecute, and insult Him. But mercy was shown me by Him, because I did it in ignorance and unbelief, and the spiritual blessing of our Lord in increasing floods has come upon me, accompanied by faith and love inspired by union with Christ Jesus.

But if you really observe the law of the King in accordance with the Scripture, "You must love your neighbor as you do yourself," you are doing right;

Therefore, practice receiving one another into full Christian fellowship, just as Christ has so received you to Himself.

I give you a new command, to love one another. Just as I have loved you, you too must love one another.

This is my command to you, to keep on loving one another as I have loved you.

Make it your practice to receive into full Christian fellowship people who are overscrupulous, but not to criticize their views.

After that some little children were brought to Him, for Him to lay His hands on them and pray for them, but His disciples reproved those who brought them. But Jesus said, "Let the little children alone, and stop preventing them from coming to me, for to such as these the kingdom of heaven belongs."

Now he is here and has authority from the high priests to put in chains all who call upon your name." But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name to the heathen and their kings, and to the descendants of Israel. For I am going to show him how great are the sufferings he must endure for my name's sake." So Ananias left and went to that house, and there he laid his hands upon Saul, and said, "Saul, my. brother, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road on which you were coming here, has sent me that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."

There a man named Ananias, a man devout in strict accordance with the law, of good reputation among all the Jews who lived there, came to see me, and standing by my side said to me, 'Saul, my brother, recover your sight!' Then instantly I did recover it and looked at him,

Barnabas, however, took him up and presented him to the apostles, and he told them how on the road he had seen the Lord, and how the Lord had spoken to him, and how courageously he had spoken in the name of Jesus at Damascus.

A second time the voice came to him, "The things that God has cleansed you must not call unclean."

but still you did not scorn the test my illness made of you, nor did you spurn me for it; on the contrary, you welcomed me as an angel of God, as Christ Jesus Himself.

If Timothy gets there, see that he is at ease among you, for he is devotedly doing the work of the Lord, just as I am. So no one must slight him at all. But send him on with your goodbye, that he may come back to me, for I am expecting him with the other brothers.

So give him a hearty Christian welcome and hold in honor men like him, because he came near dying for the sake of the Lord's work and risked his life to make up for your lack of opportunity to minister to me.
