1 Timothy 5:3-4

Honor widows that are widows indeed. But if any widow hath children or nephews, let them learn first to show piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.

Exodus 30:11-16

Leviticus 12:6-8

This is the law for her that hath borne a male or a female. And if she shall not be able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt-offering, and the other for a sin-offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.
