For which of you intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he hath sufficient to finish it?
And the house which I build is great: for great is our God above all gods.
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

So Solomon built the house, and finished it.
And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like clear glass.

Now these are the things in which Solomon was instructed for the building of the house of God. The length by cubits after the first measure was sixty cubits, and the breadth twenty cubits.
But Solomon was building his own house thirteen years, and he finished all his house.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Let the work of this house of God alone; let the governor of the Jews, and the elders of the Jews, build this house of God in its place.
Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken to me. And they said, Let us rise and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work.
From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body to the edifying of itself in love.
