All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, except the Son, and he to whomever the Son will reveal him.
But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man, except the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of God.
Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counselor has taught him? With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of justice, and taught him knowledge, and showed to him the way of understanding?
O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! For who has known the mind of the Lord? or who has been his counselor?
For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: you are of more value than many sparrows.
Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who has created these things, that brings out their host by number: he calls them all by names by the greatness of his might, for he is strong in power; not one is missing.
The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.
Do you know when God dispatched them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine? Do you know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him who is blameless in knowledge?
He reveals the deep and secret things: he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him.
But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
But of that day and that hour knows no man, no, not the angels who are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in his own power.
I knew a man in Christ fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows;) such a one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
Though it be given him to be in safety, he rests; yet his eyes are upon their ways.
Does not he see my ways, and count all my steps?
The LORD looks from heaven; he beholds all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looks upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashions their hearts alike; he considers all their works.
You know my downsitting and my uprising, you understand my thought afar off. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.
Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? says the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? says the LORD.
Be not therefore like them: for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask him.
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, How shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things.
And seek you not what you shall eat, or what you shall drink, neither be of anxious mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knows that you have need of these things.
And you, Solomon my son, know you the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts: if you seek him, he will be found of you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever.
If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god; Shall not God search this out? for he knows the secrets of the heart.
[To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.] O LORD, you have searched me, and known me. You know my downsitting and my uprising, you understand my thought afar off.
I the LORD search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus says the LORD; Thus have you said, O house of Israel: for I know the things that come into your mind, all of them.
For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
For my eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from my eyes.
For though you wash yourself with lye, and use much soap, yet your iniquity is marked before me, says the Lord GOD.
And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own deeds have surrounded them; they are before my face.
For I know your manifold transgressions, and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right.
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.
And who, as I do, shall call, and shall proclaim it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them show these unto them.
But there is a God in heaven that reveals secrets, and makes known to king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, are these;
Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he has so fulfilled.
For of a truth against your holy child Jesus, whom you have anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, To do whatsoever your hand and your counsel determined before to be done.
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations.
God has not cast away his people whom he foreknew. Do you not know what the scripture says of Elijah? how he makes intercession to God against Israel, saying,
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand.
And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their descendants: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I swore.
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Talk no more so very proudly; let not arrogance come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. For he will not lay upon man more than what is right; that he should enter into judgment with God.
In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
Nevertheless the foundation of God stands sure, having this seal, The Lord knows them that are his. And, Let every one that names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
And he spoke unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even tomorrow the LORD will show who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he has chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
And Moses said unto the LORD, See, you say unto me, Bring up this people: and you have not let me know whom you will send with me. Yet you have said, I know you by name, and you have also found grace in my sight.
But now, after you have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn you again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?
And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name.
The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD'S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids test, the children of men.
But, O LORD of hosts, who judges righteously, who tests the mind and the heart, let me see your vengeance on them: for unto you have I revealed my cause.
But, O LORD of hosts, who tests the righteous, and sees the mind and the heart, let me see your vengeance on them: for unto you have I opened my cause.
If you say, Behold, we knew it not; does not he that weighs the heart consider it? and he that keeps your soul, does not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
That your alms may be in secret: and your Father who sees in secret himself shall reward you openly.
And she called the name of the LORD that spoke unto her, You God, see me: for she said, Have I also here seen him that sees me?
And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
For the LORD your God has blessed you in all the works of your hand: he knows your walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD your God has been with you; you have lacked nothing.
But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD sees not as man sees; for man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.
Then hear you in heaven your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart you know; (for you, even you only, know the hearts of all the children of men;)
But I know your dwelling place, and your going out, and your coming in, and your rage against me.
I know also, my God, that you test the heart, and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy your people, who are present here, to offer willingly unto you.
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. In this you have done foolishly: therefore from now on you shall have wars.
And showed signs and wonders upon Pharaoh, and on all his servants, and on all the people of his land: for you knew that they dealt arrogantly against them. So did you get you a name, as it is this day.
For he knows vain men: he sees wickedness also; will he not then consider it?
He uncovers deep things out of darkness, and brings out to light the shadow of death.
And you say, How does God know? can he judge through the dark cloud? Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he sees not; and he walks in the circle of heaven.
Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days?
Sheol is naked before him, and destruction has no covering.
For his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he sees all his steps. There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves.
Therefore he knows their works, and he overturns them in the night, so that they are destroyed.
For truly my words shall not be false: he that is blameless in knowledge is with you.
Do you know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him who is blameless in knowledge?
I know that you can do everything, and that no thought can be withheld from you.
He has said in his heart, God has forgotten: he hides his face; he will never see it.
He rules by his power forever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
You have known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonor: my adversaries are all before you.
And they say, How does God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
O LORD, how great are your works! and your thoughts are very deep.
He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see? He that chastises the nations, shall he not correct? he that teaches man knowledge, shall he not know? The LORD knows the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
O LORD, how manifold are your works! in wisdom have you made them all: the earth is full of your riches.
I have kept your precepts and your testimonies: for all my ways are before you.
He will not allow your foot to be moved: he that keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he that keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, you know it altogether.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
Yea, the darkness hides not from you; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to you.
I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are your works; and that my soul knows right well. My frame was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes did see my substance, being yet unformed; and in your book they were all written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.
When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then you knew my path. In the way in which I walked have they secretly laid a snare for me.
He determines the number of the stars; he calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
The LORD by wisdom has founded the earth; by understanding has he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he ponders all his paths.
Sheol and destruction are before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men?
The refining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the LORD tries the hearts.
This also comes forth from the LORD of hosts, who is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in wisdom.
Woe unto them that go the depths to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who sees us? and who knows us? Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the thing made say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing formed say of him that formed it, He had no understanding?
But I know your abode, and your going out, and your coming in, and your rage against me.
Why say you, O Jacob, and speak, O Israel, My way is hidden from the LORD, and my right is passed over by my God? Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
Who has performed and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he.
For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel my elect, I have even called you by your name: I have named you, though you have not known me.
I have even from the beginning declared it to you; before it came to pass I showed it to you: lest you should say, my idol has done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, has commanded them. You have heard, now see all this; and will you not declare it? I have showed you new things from this time, even hidden things, and you did not know them.
For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.
O LORD, are not your eyes upon the truth? you have stricken them, but they have not grieved; you have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.
Who would not fear you, O King of nations? for to you is it due: since among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto you.
Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for your eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give everyone according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:
He has made the earth by his power, he has established the world by his wisdom, and has stretched out the heaven by his understanding.
Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD has forsaken the land, and the LORD sees not.
Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God forever and ever: for wisdom and might are his:
