Vengeance belongs to Me; I will repay.
In time their foot will slip,
for their day of disaster is near,
and their doom is coming quickly.”
I will take vengeance in anger and wrath
against the nations that have not obeyed Me.

Do not take revenge or bear a grudge against members of your community, but love your neighbor as yourself; I am Yahweh.
Leave Babylon;
save your lives, each of you!

For this is the time of the Lord’s vengeance—
He will pay her what she deserves.
I will execute great vengeance against them with furious rebukes. They will know that I am Yahweh when I take My vengeance on them.”
Say to the cowardly:
“Be strong; do not fear!
Here is your God; vengeance is coming.
God’s retribution is coming; He will save you.”
Then the Lord replied to him, “In that case, whoever kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over.” And He placed a mark on Cain so that whoever found him would not kill him.
And we are ready to punish any disobedience, once your obedience has been confirmed.

the Mighty One of Israel, declares:
“Ah, I will gain satisfaction from My foes;
I will take revenge against My enemies.
