And {Yahweh became angry}, and he made them wander in the desert forty years until the entire generation who did evil in the {sight of Yahweh} {had died}.
They wandered in the wilderness, in a desert. They could find no way to a city to inhabit.
My God will reject them because they did not listen to him, and they will be wanderers among the nations.
