15 Bible Verses about Unified People

From one person he made every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth. He determined their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation.

Jehovah said: If they become one people speaking the same language, nothing will be impossible for them. They have begun to do this.

Then we will give our daughters to you. And we will take your daughters for us. We will live with you as one people.

These people will consent to live with us and become one nation on one condition: Every male must be circumcised, as they are.

I will form them into one nation in the land on the mountains of Israel. One king will rule all of them. They will no longer be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms.

The people of Israel came from Dan in the north to Beersheba in the south, as well as from the land of Gilead in the east. They were united in Jehovah's presence at Mizpah.

Saul took a pair of oxen, cut them in pieces, and sent them by messengers throughout the territory of Israel with the following message: This is what will be done to the oxen of anyone who does not follow Saul and Samuel into battle. The people were afraid of Jehovah. They came out united behind Saul.

The people stood together and said: None of us, whether he lives in a tent or in a house, will go home.

The men of Israel assembled with one purpose, to attack the town.

All the people of Judah were in total agreement. So they sent the king this message: Come back with all your servants.

When the seventh month came, and the children of Israel were in the towns, the people came together like one man to Jerusalem.

I will give them the same attitude and the same purpose so that they will respect and reverence me as long as they live. This will be for their good and for the good of their children.

I will give them one (united) heart, and put a new spirit within them. I will take the heart of stone (unkind attitude) out of them and give them a heart of flesh (loving disposition).
