Nebuchadnezzar spoke and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent His Angel and has delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and have changed the king's words and have given their bodies that they might not serve nor worship any god except their own God. And a decree is given by me, that every people, nation, and language, who speak anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be made into mere members, and his house shall be made an outhouse. Because there is no other God who can deliver in this way. Then the king made Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego prosper in the province of Babylon.

And seeing what Paul did, the crowd lifted up their voice, saying in Lycaonian, The gods have come down to us, becoming like men. And they called Barnabas Jupiter, and Paul Mercury, because he was the chief speaker. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

Then indeed they departed from the presence of the sanhedrin, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to be shamed for His name.

And he said to him, Well done, good servant, because you have been faithful in a least thing, have authority over ten cities.

Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in Word and doctrine.

And into whatever city or village you enter, inquire who within it is worthy. And there abide until you go away from there.
