On that day Jesus, having gone out of the house, was sitting by the seaside.
Now it came to pass on one of the days, that both He and His disciples entered into a boat; and He said to them, "Let us go over to the other side of the lake." And they set forth.
"Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a net, cast into the sea, and gathering of every kind;
And, walking by the sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishers.
And the Devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where also the beast and the false prophet were cast; and they shall be tormented, day and night, forever and ever.
And on that day, when evening came, He saith to them, "Let us go across to the other side."
And the demons, going out from the man, entered into the swine, and the herd rushed down the steep into the lake, and were drowned.
And, if anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.
And Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, even the lake of fire.
After these things Jesus manifested Himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and He manifested Himself in this manner.
After these things Jesus went away, beyond the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias.
And He went again by the sea; and all the multitude were coming to Him, and He was teaching them.
And, in the fourth watch of the night, He came to them, walking on the sea.
And straightway He constrained the disciples to enter into a boat, and to go before Him to the other side, while He should dismiss the multitudes.
And, when it was evening, the boat was in the midst of the sea, and He was alone on the land.
And, departing thence, Jesus came near to the sea of Galilee; and, going up into the mountain, He was sitting there.
And He said to them, "Go." And, having come out, they went away into the swine; and, behold, the whole herd rushed down the steep into the sea, and died in the waters!
And they came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes.
And again He began to teach by the seaside. And there is gathered to Him a very great multitude, so that He, having entered into a boat, was sitting in the sea; and all the multitude were by the sea on the land.
And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged, every one, according to their works.
And Jesus with His disciples withdrew to the sea; and a great multitude from Galilee followed Him; and from Judaea,
On the morrow the multitude that stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except one, and that Jesus, entered not with His disciples into the boat, but His disciples went away alone
And, crossing over, they came upon the land to Gennesaret, and anchored there.
And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, so that the boat was being covered by the waves; but He was sleeping.
Now it came to pass, as the multitude was pressing upon Him, and hearing the word of God, that He was standing by the lake Gennesaret;
And, having left Nazareth, having come, He dwelt in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the borders of Zebulon and Naphtali;
and, entering into a boat, they were going over the sea to Capernaum; and it had already become dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them.
And, having found Him on the other side of the sea, they said to Him, "Rabbi, when camest Thou hither?"
But, for the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the liars, their part shall be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone; which is the second death."
And, Jesus having crossed over in the boat again to the other side, a large multitude was gathered to Him; and He was by the sea.
But the boat was now in the midst of the sea, distressed by the waves; for the wind was contrary.
Having rowed, therefore, about twenty-five or thirty furlongs, they behold Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing near to the boat; and they were afraid.
