'Gathered' in the Bible

My hand has reached out, as if into a nest,to seize the wealth of the nations.Like one gathering abandoned eggs,I gathered the whole earth.No wing fluttered;no beak opened or chirped.

Listen, a tumult on the mountains,like that of a mighty people!Listen, an uproar among the kingdoms,like nations being gathered together!The Lord of Hosts is mobilizing an army for war.

It will be as if a reaper had gathered standing grain—his arm harvesting the heads of grain—and as if one had gleaned heads of grainin the Valley of Rephaim.

This is the declaration of the Lord God,who gathers the dispersed of Israel:“I will gather to them still othersbesides those already gathered.”

All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered to you;the rams of Nebaioth will serve youand go up on My altar as an acceptable sacrifice.I will glorify My beautiful house.
