The heavens are Yours; the earth also is Yours.
The world and everything in it—You founded them.

I made the earth,
and created man on it.
It was My hands that stretched out the heavens,
and I commanded all their host.

By My great strength and outstretched arm, I made the earth, and the people, and animals on the face of the earth. I give it to anyone I please.

When they heard this, they all raised their voices to God and said, “Master, You are the One who made the heaven, the earth, and the sea, and everything in them.

“Men! Why are you doing these things? We are men also, with the same nature as you, and we are proclaiming good news to you, that you should turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and everything in them.

The God who made the world and everything in it—He is Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in shrines made by hands.

Our Lord and God,
You are worthy to receive
glory and honor and power,
because You have created all things,
and because of Your will
they exist and were created.

He swore an oath by the One who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and what is in it, the earth and what is in it, and the sea and what is in it: “There will no longer be an interval of time,

Then God said, “Let the earth produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds.” And it was so. Then the Lord God formed the man out of the dust from the ground and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils, and the man became a living being. The One who made the Pleiades and Orion,
who turns darkness into dawn
and darkens day into night,
who summons the waters of the sea
and pours them out over the face of the earth—
Yahweh is His name.

He answered them, “I’m a Hebrew. I worship Yahweh, the God of the heavens, who made the sea and the dry land.”

He makes the stars: the Bear, Orion,
the Pleiades, and the constellations of the southern sky.

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night. They will serve as signs for festivals and for days and years. They will be lights in the expanse of the sky to provide light on the earth.” And it was so. When I observe Your heavens,
the work of Your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which You set in place,

Praise Him, sun and moon;

But ask the animals, and they will instruct you;

Which of all these does not know
that the hand of the Lord has done this?

as well as the breath of all mankind.

Here is the sea, vast and wide,
teeming with creatures beyond number—
living things both large and small.

Yahweh said to him, “Who made the human mouth? Who makes him mute or deaf, seeing or blind? Is it not I, Yahweh?

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness. They will rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the livestock, all the earth, and the creatures that crawl on the earth.” So God created man in His own image;

Acknowledge that Yahweh is God.
He made us, and we are His —

The rich and the poor have this in common:
the Lord made them both.

Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your Creator.

We praise our Lord and Father with it, and we curse men who are made in God’s likeness with it.

He scatters frost like ashes;
He throws His hailstones like crumbs.
Who can withstand His cold?

The God who made the world and everything in it—He is Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in shrines made by hands. Neither is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives everyone life and breath and all things. Then the Lord God appointed a plant, and it grew up to provide shade over Jonah’s head to ease his discomfort. Jonah was greatly pleased with the plant. When dawn came the next day, God appointed a worm that attacked the plant, and it withered. As the sun was rising, God appointed a scorching east wind. they distill the rain into its mist,

He saturates clouds with moisture;
He scatters His lightning through them.
They swirl about,
turning round and round at His direction,
accomplishing everything He commands them
over the surface of the inhabited world.
He causes this to happen for punishment,
for His land, or for His faithful love.

When He thunders,
the waters in the heavens are in turmoil,
and He causes the clouds to rise
from the ends of the earth.
He makes lightning for the rain
and brings the wind from His storehouses.

Remember that you should praise His work,
which people have sung about.
All mankind has seen it;
people have looked at it from a distance.
Yes, God is exalted beyond our knowledge;
the number of His years cannot be counted.

For God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all godlessness and unrighteousness of people who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth, since what can be known about God is evident among them, because God has shown it to them. For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made.
