Josiah Observes The Passover

⁵ Stand in the sanctuary and, together with the Levites, represent the family divisions of your countrymen. ⁶ Slaughter the Passover lambs, consecrate yourselves, and make preparations for your countrymen to do what the Lord commanded through Moses." ⁷ From his own royal flocks and herds, Josiah supplied the people with 30,000 lambs and goats for the Passover sacrifice, as well as 3,000 cattle.

2 Chronicles 29:5

He said to them: "Listen to me, you Levites! Now consecrate yourselves, so you can consecrate the temple of the Lord God of your ancestors! Remove from the sanctuary what is ceremonially unclean!

2 Chronicles 29:15

Ezra 6:20-21
