The Assyrians Defy God

¹² Did the gods of the nations that my ancestors destroyed rescue Gozan, Haran, Rezeph, and the people of Eden who were in Telassar? ¹³ Where is the king of Hamath, the king of Arpad, the king of the city of Sepharvaim, and of Hena and Ivvah?’” ¹⁴ Hezekiah read the letters from the messengers. Then he went to Jehovah's Temple and shared them with Jehovah.
