And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.
And it happened
at that time that she fell sick and died; and when they had washed her body, they laid it in an upper room.
There were many
lamps in the upper room where we were gathered together.
And he himself will show you a large upper room furnished and ready; prepare for us there.”
And he will show you a large, furnished upper room; prepare it there.”
taking his stand with the eleven, raised his voice and declared to them: “Men of Judea and all you who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you and give heed to my words.
Peter and John were going up to the temple at the ninth hour, the hour of prayer.
Now as they observed the
confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus.
the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent them Peter and John,
Now as Peter was traveling through all those regions, he came down also to
the saints who lived at Lydda.
On the next day, as they were on their way and approaching the city,

Now as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.
Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; and James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;
And He appointed the twelve:
Simon (to whom He gave the name Peter),
And He allowed no one to accompany Him, except
Peter and James and John the brother of James.
Six days later, Jesus *took with Him Peter and James and John, and *brought them up on a high mountain by themselves. And He was transfigured before them;
And He *took with Him Peter and
James and John, and began to be very distressed and troubled.
And when day came,
He called His disciples to Him and chose twelve of them, whom He also named as apostles:
One of the two who heard John speak and followed Him, was Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother.
There was reclining on
Jesus’ bosom one of His disciples, whom Jesus loved.
Then the slave-girl who kept the door *said to Peter, “ You are not also one of this man’s disciples, are you?” He *said, “I am not.”
So when they had
finished breakfast, Jesus *said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you He *said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love Me more than these?” love You.” He *said to him, “Tend My lambs.”
