And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
These all with one mind
were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.
Peter and John were going up to the temple at the ninth hour, the hour of prayer.
And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they kept right on teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.
and were continually in the temple
continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul began talking to them, intending to leave the next day, and he prolonged his message until midnight.
From house to house
When they had entered the city, they went up to
the upper room where they were staying; that is, Peter and John and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon the Zealot, and Judas the son of James.
1 Corinthians 11:20
Therefore when you meet together, it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper,
And he brought them into his house and set
food before them, and rejoiced greatly, having believed in God with his whole household.
There also you and your households shall eat before the Lord your God, and
rejoice in all your undertakings in which the Lord your God has blessed you.
and you shall
rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your son and your daughter and your male and female servants and the Levite who is in your town, and the stranger and the orphan and the widow who are in your midst, in the place where the Lord your God chooses to establish His name.
Then he said to them, “Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and
send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
eat your bread in happiness and drink your wine with a cheerful heart; for God has already approved your works.
But give that which is within as charity, and then all things are clean for you.
1 Corinthians 10:30
If I partake with thankfulness,
why am I slandered concerning that for which I give thanks?

proud confidence is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you.
2 Corinthians 11:3
But I am afraid that, as the
serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.
Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ;
Slaves, in all things obey those who are your masters on earth, not with external service, as those who merely please men, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord.
