Treasury of Scripture Knowledge
And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever.
In this selfsame
The Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I stretch out My hand on Egypt and bring out the sons of Israel from their midst.”
You shall tell your son on that day, saying, ‘It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.’
when we cried out to the Lord, He heard our voice and sent an angel and brought us out from Egypt; now behold, we are at Kadesh, a town on the edge of your territory.
this day will be a memorial to you, and you shall celebrate it as a feast to the Lord; throughout your generations you are to celebrate it as a permanent ordinance.
seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the Lord.
“You shall observe
the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days you are to eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in the month of Abib you came out of Egypt.
On the fifteenth day of this month shall be a feast, unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days.
