Plague One: Blood

¹³ And Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not hearken to them, as LORD had spoken. ¹⁴ And LORD said to Moses, Pharaoh's heart is stubborn; he refuses to let the people go. ¹⁵ Get thee to Pharaoh in the morning, lo, he goes out to the water, and thou shall stand by the river's edge to meet him, and the rod which was turned to a serpent thou shall take in thy hand.

Exodus 8:15

But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he hardened his heart, and did not hearken to them, as LORD had spoken.
