Ephraim's Guilt

¹ When I would heal Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim is uncovered, and the wickedness of Samaria. For they commit falsehood, and the thief enters in, and the troop of robbers ravages outside. ² And they do not consider in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness. Now their own doings have surrounded them; they are before my face. ³ They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the rulers with their lies.

Jeremiah 2:19

Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee. Know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and a bitter, that thou have forsaken LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, says the Lord, L
