Jeremiah 42:1

Flight To Egypt

¹ And all the chiefs of the armies will draw near, and Johanan son of Kareah, and Jezaniah son of Hoshaiah, and all the people from the small even to the great. ² And they will say to Jeremiah the prophet, Now shall our supplication fall before thee, and pray thou for us to Jehovah thy God, for all this remnant; for we were left few from many as thine eyes see us.

Jeremiah 6:13

For from their little even to their great, every one plundering, plundered; and from the prophet and even to the priest every one did falsehood.

Jeremiah 44:12

And I took the remainder of Judah, that set their faces to go to the land of Egypt to sojourn there, and they were all consumed in the land of Egypt; they shall fall by the sword and by famine: they shall be consumed from small and even to great, by the sword and by famine: they shall die, and they were for an oath, and for a, desolation, and for a curse, and for a reproach.
