A Message Concerning Moab

²⁵ The horn of Moab is cut off, and his arm is broken, said the LORD. ²⁶ “Make him drunk, for he has become arrogant toward the Lord; so Moab will wallow in his vomit, and he also will become a laughingstock. ²⁷ For was not Israel a derision unto thee, as if he were found among thieves? for since thou hast spoken of him, thou hast slipped.
