The People Still Refuse To Believe

³⁹ Wherefore were they not able to believe, because Isaiah again said, ⁴⁰ He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; in order that they may not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and turn, and I shall heal them. ⁴¹ Isaiah said these things, because he saw His glory; and spoke concerning Him.
