The People Still Refuse To Believe

³⁹ This was why they could not believe; for Isaiah again said, ⁴⁰ He has blinded their eyes and made their hearts insensible, to prevent them seeing with their eyes and understanding with their hearts and turning for me to cure them. ⁴¹ (Isaiah said this because he saw his glory and spoke of him.)
