Jesus Washes His Disciples' Feet

⁴ rose from the table, took off his outer clothing, and fastened a towel about his waist. ⁵ Then he poured water into the basin and began to wash the disciples' feet, wiping them with the towel that was about his waist. ⁶ So he came to Simon Peter. He said to him, "Master, are you going to wash my feet?"
