John 17:2

Jesus Prays To Be Glorified

¹ So Jesus spoke; then, lifting his eyes to heaven, he said: "Father, the time has now come; glorify thy Son that thy Son may glorify thee, ² since thou hast granted him power over all flesh to give eternal life to all whom thou hast given to him. ³ And this is eternal life, that they know thee, the only real God, and him whom thou hast sent, even Jesus Christ.
