Additional Testimony By John The Baptist About Jesus

²⁸ Ye yourselves testify that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent ahead of that man. ²⁹ He who has the bride is the bridegroom. But the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices with joy because of the bridegroom's voice. This therefore my joy is fulfilled. ³⁰ It is necessary for that man to increase, but me to decrease.
