The Promise Of The Spirit

³⁸ He that believeth on me, out of his belly (as the scripture hath said) shall flow rivers of living water. ³⁹ This he spake of the Spirit, which they who believed on him were to receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. ⁴⁰ Many of the people therefore hearing this discourse, said, Certainly this is the prophet.
