And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.
He shall slay the young bull before the Lord; and Aaron’s sons the priests shall offer up the blood and sprinkle the blood around on the altar that is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.
Then the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on
the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.
the place where they slay the burnt offering they are to slay the guilt offering, and he shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.
You shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and apply some of the blood that is in the basin to the lintel and the two doorposts; and none of you shall go outside the door of his house until morning.
The Lord was pleased for His righteousness’ sake

and to Jesus, the
mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks better than the blood of Abel.
The priest shall also put some of the blood on the horns of
the altar of fragrant incense which is before the Lord in the tent of meeting; and all the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.
Then on the eighth day he shall bring
two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, to the doorway of the tent of meeting.
