¹⁴ Then was led near the sin-bearing bullock, - and Aaron and his sons leaned their hands upon the head of the sin-bearing bullock, ¹⁵ Then was it slain, and Moses took the blood and put thereof upon the horns of the altar round about, with his finger, and cleansed the altar from sin, - and the remainder of the blood, poured he forth at the base of the altar, and hallowed it putting a propitiatory-covering thereupon. ¹⁶ And he took all the fat that was on the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat, - and Moses made a perfume at the altar.

Leviticus 4:7

Then shall the priest put of the blood upon the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting, - and, all the remainder of the blood of the bullock, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting,
