The Offerings For Consecration

¹⁴ Next he brought the bullock of the sin, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin, ¹⁵ Next Moses slaughtered it and took the blood and with his finger put some of it around on the horns of the altar, and purified the altar. Then he poured out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar and consecrated it, to make atonement for it. ¹⁶ After that he took all the fat that was upon the intestines and the caul above the liver and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses incensed it upon the altar.

Leviticus 4:7

And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of aromatic incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the testimony, and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.

Exodus 29:10-12

And thou shalt cause the bullock to be brought before the tabernacle of the testimony, and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the bullock.
