but you say, ‘If a man says to his father or his mother, whatever I have that would help you is (that is to say, Corban given to God),’
And He sat down opposite the treasury, and began observing how the people were putting money into the treasury; and many rich people were putting in large sums.
But all the silver and gold and articles of bronze and iron are holy to the Lord; they shall go into the treasury of the Lord.”
1 Kings 14:26
