¹⁷ And Jesus, answering, said to him, "Happy are you, Simon Bar-Jonah; because flesh and blood did not reveal it to you, but My Father Who is in Heaven. ¹⁸  And I also say to you, that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My assembly, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. ¹⁹ I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; and whatsoever you shall bind on the earth shall have been bound in Heaven, and whatsoever you shall loose on the earth shall have been loosed in Heaven."
