What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
Are we better than they? Not at all; for we have already charged that both Jews and Greeks are all under sin;
Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be!

What do I mean then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or

Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even from envy and strife, but some also from good will;
John said to Him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we tried to prevent him because he was not following us.”
they did not understand this statement, and it was concealed from them so that they would not perceive it; and they were afraid to ask Him about this statement.
1 Corinthians 15:11
Whether then it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.

Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son.
