Praise To God For His Work And Commands

1 Praise Jehovah! I will praise Jehovah with all my heart in the company of the upright and in the congregation.

1 Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.

1 Hallelujah! I will give thanks to the LORD with all of my heart in the assembled congregation of the upright.

2 Jehovah's deeds are spectacular. They are studied by all who enjoy them.

2 The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.

2 The Lord’s works are great,studied by all who delight in them.(B)

2 Great are the acts of the LORD; they are within reach of all who desire them.

3 His work is glorious and majestic. His righteousness endures (continues) forever.

3 His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever.

4 He has made his miracles unforgettable. Jehovah is gracious and compassionate.

6 He revealed his mighty deeds to his people by giving them a country of their own.

7 His works are done with truth and justice. All his guiding principles are trustworthy.

7 The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.

7 Whatever he does is reliable and just, and all his precepts are trustworthy,

8 sustained through all eternity, and fashioned in both truth and righteousness.

9 He has sent deliverance to his people. He has ordered that his covenant should continue forever. His name is holy and awesome.

9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.

10 The respect and reverence for Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom. All who obey his commandments show good sense (insight) and understanding. His praise endures (continues) forever.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
