The Priestly King
1 ([Psalm of David]) Jehovah said to my Lord: Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.

2 Jehovah will extend your powerful scepter from Zion. He will say: Rule in the midst of your enemies.
2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
2 The Lord will stretch forth Your strong (D)scepter from Zion, saying,“(E)Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”
2 When the LORD extends your mighty scepter from Zion, rule in the midst of your enemies.
3 Your people will volunteer in the day of your power. Your young people will come to you in holy splendor like dew from the womb of the dawn (in the early morning).
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
3 Your (F)people (a)will volunteer freely in the day of Your (b)power;(G)In (c)holy array, from the womb of the dawn,(d)Your youth are to You as the (H)dew.
3 Your people will volunteeron Your day of battle.(c)(C)In holy splendor, from the womb of the dawn,the dew of Your youth belongs to You.(d)(D)
3 Your soldiers are willing volunteers on your day of battle; in majestic holiness, from the womb, from the dawn, the dew of your youth belongs to you.
4 Jehovah has taken an oath and will not change his mind: You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.
4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

4 The Lord has sworn an oath and will not take it back:“Forever, You are a priestlike Melchizedek.”(E)
4 The LORD took an oath and will never recant: "You are a priest forever, after the manner of Melchizedek."
6 He will pass judgment on the nations and fill them with dead bodies. Throughout the earth he will execute their rulers.
6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
6 He will (O)judge among the nations,He (g)will fill them with (P)corpses,He (h)will (Q)shatter the (i)chief men over a broad country.
6 He will execute judgment against the nations, filling graves with corpses. He will utterly destroy leaders far and wide.
