My God of lovingkindness, will come to meet me, God, will let me look on mine adversaries.
For, out of all distress, hath he rescued me, - And, upon my foes, hath, mine own eye, looked.
For thou wilt come to meet him, with the blessings of goodness, Thou wilt set on his head, a crown of pure gold.
And David said - By the life of Yahweh, surely, Yahweh himself, must smite him, - or, his day, must come that he die, or, into battle, must he go down, and be swept away.
Then David took hold of his clothes, and rent them, - yea moreover, so did all the men who were with him.
Then chanted David this dirge, - over Saul and over Jonathan his son;
O Yahweh! lead me in thy righteousness, because of mine adversaries, Make even, before me, thy way:
Mine adversaries have panted all the day, For, many, are fighting with me, loftily.
They stir up strife - they lie hid, They, mark my steps, - Seeing they have waited for my life.
O my Strength, unto thee, will I make melody, For, God, is my high tower, my God of lovingkindness.
Do not remember against us former iniquities, - Haste thee, let thy compassions, come to meet us, For we have been brought very low!
Save only, with thine own eyes, shalt thou discern, And, the recompense of the lawless, shalt thou see.
So hath mine eye descried them who were lying in wait for me, - Of my wicked assailants, mine ears, shall hear.
And it shall come to pass - That before they call, I, will answer, And while yet they are speaking, I, will hear.
But as for me, I have neither forced myself away from tending the flock after thee, Nor yet for the woeful day, have I longed - thou, knowest, - That which came out of my lips, before thy face, was uttered.
And, when he drew near, beholding the city, he wept over it, saying -
For I bear them witness that they have, a zeal for God, - but not according to correct knowledge;
Blessed, be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassions, and God of all encouragement,
But, God, being rich in mercy, by reason of the great love wherewith he loved us,
For, this, unto you, do we say, by a word of the Lord, - that, we, the living who are left unto the Presence of the Lord, shall in nowise get before them who have fallen asleep;
